电磁脉冲焊接工艺在铝合金导管上的应用
通过对铝合金的薄壁、小直径管路结构进行电磁脉冲焊接工艺研究，重点叙述新工艺的原理及试验过程、分析影响焊接质量的主要因素。焊后试验件的剪切应力测试、剥离试验、X射线及密封性检查的结果表明：采用电磁脉冲焊接工艺方法进行铝合金导管焊接能够获得高质量的焊接接头，焊缝结合强度高、致密性好、工艺再现性好，拉伸试样均断裂在母材处；与氩弧焊相比大幅度提高生产效率，具有广泛的工程应用前景。

基于BS7910标准评定高速列车底架缺陷安全性
本文通过对高速列车底架中A7N01铝合金焊接接头进行应力测试及静拉伸试验，借助于有限单元法求解焊接接头中的应力场强度因子，采用BS7910方法对A7N01铝合金焊接接头中表面半椭圆裂纹和单边穿透裂纹进行安全性评定。结果表明，单边穿透裂纹比表面半椭圆裂纹危险得多。
