6005铝合金激光-MIG复合焊后超声冲击处理及其力学性能
激光-MIG复合焊接是一种新型高效铝合金焊接方法.与传统熔化焊相似，激光-MIG复合焊接接头也存在残余应力问题，影响了接头力学性能及安全可靠性.本文采用超声冲击的方法对6005铝合金激光-MIG复合焊接接头进行焊后处理，并研究了超声冲击处理后接头的静态拉伸性能和疲劳性能，并采用X射线法测试了残余应力分布变化，结果表明由于超声冲击作用该善了铝合金焊接接头的残余应力分布，降低了应力峰值，焊接接头的疲劳

基于稳态耗散能的高周疲劳损伤模型及剩余寿命预测
材料疲劳过程中的能量耗散在宏观上表现为热耗散，而与疲劳损伤相关的耗散能是表征材料微结构演化的重要参量。基于一种疲劳载荷下的单循环耗散能计算方法，计算出相对准确的单循环耗散能。以316L不锈钢材料为研究对象，通过系列高周疲劳实验，实时监测高周疲劳破坏全过程中单循环耗散能变化规律，拟合出稳态能量耗散阶段单循环耗散能-疲劳寿命曲线。

5083轧制铝合金疲劳行为研究

电磁脉冲焊接工艺在铝合金导管上的应用
通过对铝合金的薄壁、小直径管路结构进行电磁脉冲焊接工艺研究，重点叙述新工艺的原理及试验过程、分析影响焊接质量的主要因素。焊后试验件的剪切应力测试、剥离试验、X射线及密封性检查的结果表明：采用电磁脉冲焊接工艺方法进行铝合金导管焊接能够获得高质量的焊接接头，焊缝结合强度高、致密性好、工艺再现性好，拉伸试样均断裂在母材处；与氩弧焊相比大幅度提高生产效率，具有广泛的工程应用前景。
