焊后热处理保温时间对TC4/TC17线性摩擦焊异质接头疲劳极限和断裂韧性的影响

  对TC4/TC17异种钛合金线性摩擦焊接头进行了4种不同保温时间的焊后退火热处理,并分别对各个保温时间下的接头进行了疲劳极限、断裂韧性测试,同时对疲劳断口和断裂位置进行了分析,最终确定了TC4/TC17异种钛合金线性摩擦焊接头焊后退火处理的最佳保温时间,为线性摩擦焊工艺在工程实际中的应用提供依据。
