Background To analyze long-term mortality of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) and its characteristics in three centers.Methods A total of 200 patients were treated with CRT therapy from March 2001 to June 2013,154 males,mean age (60.57±11.75) years,NYHA class Ⅲ-Ⅳ,LVEF ≤35％,QRSD ≥ 120 ms.Ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) were 59 cases,non-ischemic cardiomyopathy (NICM) were 141 cases.Patients followed up 0.5-12 years.
