Background Ventricular fibrillation/polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (VF/PVT) triggered by idiopathic premature ventricualr contraction (PVC) originating from the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) have been reported in limited numbers of patients.We investigated clinical characteristics and the efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation of these PVCs.
