Histone deacetylases (HDACs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) have emerged as two important epigenetic factors that regulate vascular physiology,but there is a lack of information linking them to vascular disorders.The aim of this investigation is to examine the mechanisms by which HDACs switch miRNA expression to modulate EC function and dysfunction.
