肿瘤细胞由于其自身的快速增殖、应对氧化应激和对生物大分子的需求会改变其自身代谢。转录因子阴阳1(YY1)在多种肿瘤中呈高表达，并且对肿瘤细胞增殖和转移发挥重要作用。然而，它在肿瘤细胞代谢重编程中是否起到调控作用尚未有报道。
