　　Chiral sulfoxides are valuable organosulfur compounds and have been widely used as important intermediates in asymmetric synthesis and as bioactive ingredients in pharmaceutical industry.Asymmetric biocatalysis is a new approach for green synthesis of chiral sulfoxides.However,it is difficult to obtain enzymes with high catalytic efficiency and high substrate tolerance.
