　　Fatty acid is the main organic molecule composing the cell membrane,and thus is critical in biomembrane synthesis.In normal cells,balance of the fatty acid biosynthesis and fatty acids β-oxidation determine the homeostasis of lipid metabolism.Imbalance lipid metabolism is closely related to tumorigenesis.
