It is apparent from this study that we had developed a new, steady and rapid method for identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Strains.For the rapid identification of foodborne pathogens build a technology platform.This study using HPLC standard identified strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (ATCC 17802), a preliminary development, evaluated and explored method, and with 12 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, 16 strains of non-Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains and 17 non-Vibrio strains, including most of the specific pathogens were analyzed.Construction of the fingerprint process of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, respectively intracellular extract of the extraction conditions were investigated in different media and different culture time, choice of pre-treatment conditions on the solution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus fingerprint impact.
