　　The prevalence rate of infective endocarditis is increasing as a result of Aging, Ⅳ drug users and increased rate of line related bacteremia.American Heart Association in January 2010 declared that rate of implantable device infections have been increasing; which increased the risk of in-hospital death by more than 2-fold.Currently staphylococci are the most common etiological organism of these infections.
