The factors of microwave extraction technique in pricklyash oil and purification of α-Linolenic acid from pricklyash oil by β-cyclodetrin inclusion method were studied in this paper.The optimized conditions were gotten by single and orthogonal design:the ratio ofpricklyash seed to liquid was 1:20,extraction temperature of microwave was 70℃,extraction time was 20 minutes; the ratio of (FFA alcohol) to β-CD was 1:8,inclusion temperature was 60℃,inclusion time was 1.5 h,refrigerating time was 15h,in this conditions the content of a-Linolenic acid was raised from 19.172 % to 56.532 %.
