Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features, immunohistochemistry, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and prognosis of type Ⅱ enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma(EATL).Methods: A total of 17 cases of type Ⅱ EATL were retrospectively reviewed on the basis of clinical data, histological and immunohistochemical features, follow-ups, and relevant literature. Results: The cases comprised 15 males and 2 females, with median age of 47 years. The anatomic locations included the jejunum (12 cases) or ileum and colon (5 cases). The main clinical manifestations were abdominal mass or abdominal painand diarrhea, sometimes with common features of chronic consumptions, such as fever, night sweats, and emaciation. All patients were deficient based on gluten-sensitive enteropathy.
