  High atomic number nanoparticles(NPs)have been used as novel radiosensitizers to enhance the localized irradiation dosage,because they can potentiate the susceptibility of tumor to the radiation,while reduce the injury to the surrounding healthy tissue in RT [1].While efficient ways to target the radiosensitizer to tumor tissue is a great limitation.Tumor vasculatures provide a satisfactory targeting marker.However the widely used tumor-vessel targeting agents(angiogenesis inhibiting agents and vascular-disrupting agents)are limited by their incompleteness,because they can only target to part of tumor vessels and may result in poor prognosis.
