Purpose To investigate the surgical outcomes of 23-gauge pars plana lensectomy combined with gonioplasty for phacomorphic glaucoma with an extremely shallow anterior chamber.Method Observe and record parameters before and after the surgery as follows: best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure(lOP) ,slit lamp examination, anterior chamber depth ,local complications and number of medications.
