Hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs) locate in bulge region of upper follicle, it may differentiate into several types of cells in specific conditions.The present study was designed to investigate the multi-potency of HFSCs.We fistly builded up in vitro wound model with cultured epithelial cells , made some scratches on the single cell-layer, then collect the supernatant of conditional medium at 48h.Primary HFSCs were re-cultured in the conditional medium for another 3 days.
