Bioengineering three-dimensional (3D) tissue-like structure in vitro plays a central role in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.In the past two decades, many advances have been made in reconstructing different types of 3D culture models in vitro;however, it is still challenging to generate some vascular-like structures within those cultures to address the issue of the limited mass transport during the 3D cultivation in vitro.
