In this paper,based on the Fuzzy Mathematics and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),to build an evaluation methods of public space in the building of design academy as an approach of the combination of quality and quantity.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation as a framework,using a combination of the AHP and Expert (users) scoring system to establish the index weight,and ultimately build a more objective evaluation system.The investigation of 5 buildings which are school of architectural of Tsinghua University,academy of art & design of Tsinghua University,school of CAFA of China central academy of fine arts,faculty of architecture of HKU and school of architecture of CUHK,as the basic data for the application of F-AHP.Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) is a common method for system evaluation.During the system effect evaluation,reviews are often fuzzy.For example in satisfaction evaluation,fuzziness language more accurately expressed userssatisfaction over the precise language.Therefore,these issues should adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.AHP is a simple,flexible and practical MCDM methods for the quantitative analysis of the qualitative problem.It is characterized by the complex problems in an orderly hierarchy of the various factors into contact with each other to making them principled.Based on the subjective judgment of a certain objective reality structure (pairwise comparisons) to objectively judge the results of expert opinions and analysis by a combination of direct and effective,it will be important elements in a hierarchical pairwise comparison of quantitative description.Then,using mathematical method for calculating the weights reflect the relative importance of each level of the order of elements,sorting through all the levels of total calculation between the relative weights of all the elements of the weight and sorted.AHP method is a combination of a systematic analysis of operations research methods,often need to establish hierarchical structure "program layer + factor layer + target layer" constitutes a decision analysis to the problem of multifactor,multi-target,multi-program evaluation and trend of forecast clearly and effectively.F-AHP is a comprehensive evaluation of a set of evaluation principles which combines FCE and AHP.Evaluation framework in accordance with the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on pairwise comparison judgment matrix structure (A),fuzzy relationship matrix (R),using the appropriate operator to synthesize the A and the R,to get the results vector (B) of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment of things,namely A °R=B.
