锯齿板储能换热单元释热性能的模拟研究

  本文开展高温熔融盐锯齿板相变换热器的二维非稳态数值模拟研究.在考虑自然对流的情况下,对比研究m-PCMs (multiple phase change material)排列方向、相变温差以及HTF(heat transfer fluid)进口工况对释热性能的影响.模拟结果表明,m-PCMs反向排列优于正向排列;进口温度(1.41<Ste<1.68)对释热影响不大,但是流速(91<Re<364)对释热影响很大;在相同进口功率条件下,提高HTF流速比降低其温度对释热更有效;在相同进口功率的条件下,周期性变化的进口速度的周期大小对PCM的凝固几乎没用影响,该结果反映出锯齿板储能换热装置有很好的稳温功能.数值模拟结果与实验测量结果之间虽存在一定误差,但参数变化影响规律趋势相符,因而模拟研究可为储热装置的优化设计提供参考依据.
