最新的研究表明:肥胖相关疾病的高发与日益严重的环境EDCs密切相关.EDCs是指可通过干扰生物或人体内保持自身平衡和调节发育过程天然激素的合成、分泌、运输、结合、反应和代谢等,从而对生物或人体的生殖、神经和免疫系统等的功能产生影响的外源性化学物质.4-NP是典型的环境EDCs,是烷基酚类化合物的最终代谢产物,广泛存在于我们周围的环境以及食品当中,通过各种途径进入我们的机体并且终生不会停止,4-NP为联合国环境保护署制定的27种优先控制的持久性污染物之一.
