焊接热输入对铝钢填丝电子束熔钎焊接头微观组织及力学性能的影响

  采用填Al-Si5焊丝对304不锈钢与纯铝在不同的焊接束流下进行了电子束熔钎焊试验,并研究了焊接接头的微观组织及力学性能.试验结果表明:焊接参数会影响焊接接头连接界面金属间化合物层的厚度及“钉状”化合物FeAl3的尺寸,进而影响接头的力学性能.界面上生成的化合物主要为Al8Fe2Si.在室温下,其杨氏模量及纳米硬度分别为223.2 GPa和9.5 GPa.在最佳工艺参数下,焊接接头最高抗拉强度可达93 MPa,约为铝母材强度的83%.焊接接头断裂在界面连接处.
