A demultiplexer module at telecommunication wavelengths is important for future high bandwidth networks.Light-induced self-written (LISW) waveguides are advantageous because of their simple process of 3D optical modules and alignment free characteristics.In this study, we fabricated an optical demultiplexer module showing high reflection at 1550 nm and high transmission at 1330 nm by LISW technique with a multilayer filter incorporated in a waveguide core as shown in Fig.1.
