目的:研究仁术健脾理气方对碘乙酰胺(iodoacetamide,IA)诱导的FD大鼠胃排空功能及Ghrelin、5-HT、CGRP的影响,初步探讨仁术健脾理气方治疗FD的机制.方法:雄性10日龄SD幼鼠100只,随机分为正常组(30只)、模型组(70只)两组.采用0.1％ IA灌胃诱导大鼠FD模型.大鼠8周龄时进行模型评定,将造模成功的70只大鼠随机分为模型组(30只)、中药低剂量组(10只)、中
