：
目的：探讨广州地区慢性胃炎中医证候类型分布特点.方法：对消化内科门诊342例广州地区慢性胃炎患者进行辨证分型，确定各中医证型，并作统计学分析.结果：342例广州地区慢性胃炎患者的中医证型分布为脾胃气虚占51.5％，肝胃不和占19.3％，脾虚湿阻占14.9％，脾胃虚寒占7.6％，脾胃湿热占6.1％，胃阴不足占0.6％，差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05)；发病人群具有性别差异，女性患者发病率多于男性，脾
