Internet marketing has become the important means by which enterprise achieves its management goal, Internet marketing performance assessment has been brought to more and more enterprises concern and attention.This paper establishes index system of Internet marketing performance evaluation, uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each level index, and establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of Internet marketing performance; finally the case study shows that it is reasonable and credible to evaluate Internet marketing performance with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
