Human milk is regarded as the best nutrition for infants.While nearly 3,400,000 infants in China are feeding by infant formula for their mothers not providing breast milk due to health,career or other reasons.The constitutes of breast milk are consulted by dairy corporation for developing and producing infant formula.The available informations about the con-stitutes of breast milk are mainly on foreign women milk,while little on Chinese women milk.Acquiring the milk constituent data of Chinese women is a urgent worK.
