通过测定杜仲二次梢扦插条在不定根形成过程中糖和氮的含量 ,与一次梢进行对比 ,分析扦插生根过程中插条内物质间的相互转换和营养水平的动态变化规律 ,结果表明 :二次梢插条在不定根形成过程中营养物质进行着快速而复杂的转换 ,总糖和总氮的变化具有与一次梢相似的营养变化趋势 ;愈伤组织和不定根的形成需消耗大量的糖类物质 ,生根前必须进行还原糖的积累
By measuring the contents of sugar and nitrogen in adventitious root formation process, the content of sugar and nitrogen in adventitious root formation process was compared with that of one shoot. The dynamic changes of inter-cuttings and nutrient levels in cuttings during rooting were analyzed. The results showed that: The shoots of inflorescence shoots undergo rapid and complicated transformation of nutrients during adventitious root formation. The changes of total sugar and total nitrogen have the same trend of nutrient changes as that of shoots. The formation of callus and adventitious roots requires a large amount of carbohydrate , Rooting must be carried out before the accumulation of reducing sugar
