胃癌和胃、十二指肠溃疡都是发病率较高的疾病。但是,在免疫学、胃酸分泌机能和胃腺萎缩性变化等方面两者的特性是不同的。在同一胃内癌和溃疡同时分别存在的病例,以往报道占胃癌病例的4—5%。本文只统计284例早期胃癌,其中合併胃繯竦?2例(11.6%),合併十二指肠繯竦?例(2.5%),合併胃、十二指肠繯竦?例(0.4%),共39例,占总例数的13.7%。可见早期胃癌病例合併繯竦姆⒉÷矢摺W髡呷衔馐怯捎谒孀盼赴┑姆⒄刮杆岱置诩跎?胃
Gastric cancer, stomach and duodenal ulcers are all diseases with high incidence. However, the characteristics of the two are different in terms of immunology, gastric acid secretion, and changes in gastric gland atrophy. At the same time, the same cases of gastric cancer and ulcers were reported in the past and accounted for 4-5% of the cases of gastric cancer.
