目前,冷冻外科仅以直觉和经验为基础而进行,故其临床应用受到限制。它在治疗表浅恶性肿瘤和良性血管瘤上虽属有效,但其主要困难在于难以确定冷冻区的范围。为了提高冷冻外科的实用价值,此实验旨在:(1)确定是否可以应用一个特制的测温器来确定肿瘤的范围;(2)提供一个生物物理的数学公式来预测冷冻的深度;(3)探讨是否可用本实验中所使用的测温器,为冷冻外科的治疗提供一个更确切的诊断依据;(4)应用这种测温装置作为冷冻外科对恶性肿瘤的临床诊断与治疗的辅助装置。
Currently, cryosurgery is performed on the basis of intuition and experience, so its clinical application is limited. Although it is effective in the treatment of superficial malignant tumors and benign hemangiomas, its main difficulty lies in the difficulty in determining the extent of the freezing zone.
