一、前言随着空间飞行日益频繁,过去采用的自动焊接方法已不能满足空间飞行器越来越苛刻的质量和可靠性要求,因为在空间飞行时,人员要绝对安全。凡是空间飞行用的任何焊接件都需要彻底进行X射线透视检查和强度试验,绝不允许存在任何缺陷。然而,从对焊接件的检验来看,绝大多数都程度不同地存在一些缺陷,有些缺陷甚至会造成材料和人力的大量浪费。为此,人们正在致力于原有焊接装置的改进,或者寻找新的更完善的方法来减少和消除
I. INTRODUCTION With the increasing frequency of space flight, the automatic welding methods used in the past have failed to meet the increasingly stringent quality and reliability requirements of space vehicles because of the absolute safety of personnel in space flight. Any weld used in space flight requires thorough X-ray examination and strength testing, and no defects are allowed. However, judging from the welding parts, most of them have some defects to some extent, and some defects even cause a great waste of material and manpower.
