各上市公司:为促进证券市场的健康发展,保护投资者的合法权益,现发布《亏损上市公司暂停上市和终止上市实施办法》(以下简称《办法》),自发布之日起实行。上市公司股票暂停上市、终止上市,除《办法》规定的情形外,出现《公司法》第一百五十七、一百五十八条规定的其他情形的,其股票暂停上市和终止上市的实施办法,另行规定。
Listed Companies: In order to promote the sound development of the securities market and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Measures for the Suspension of Listing and the Cessation of Listing of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) are hereby promulgated and will be implemented as of the date of promulgation. The listed company’s shares shall be suspended from listing and the listing shall be terminated. Except for the circumstances stipulated in the Measures, in case of other circumstances stipulated in Articles 157 and 158 of the Company Law, the shares shall be suspended from listing and terminated from listing Implementation measures, otherwise provided.
