电视台后期节目制作线集中了电视台较复杂和非常昂贵的设备。同时也成为各台财政开支的巨大负担。主要问题是:1.设备价格昂贵。2.更新速度快。3.基本上依赖进口。以上情况在短期内或相当长的时间内难以解决。因此如何有效地利用有限的设备是一个一般性问题。针对这种情况,我们研制并开发了电视台后期节目制作设备计算机自动化管理系统。
