以宝钢1550 mm UCMW冷连轧机为研究平台,针对目前国际上的一种主流机型——UCMW冷轧机型存在的技术问题,从改善带钢板形控制性能和降低轧辊辊耗的角度出发,提出了改进方案,即包括兼顾均匀辊间接触压力与解耦思想的中间辊辊形技术和可改善边降控制性能的工作辊辊形技术,提升了机组的板形控制性能,一定程度上完善了此UCMW冷连轧机组的机型。生产试用表明,改进后的新机型能有效控制硅钢产品的边降和平坦度并使之全部达到控制目标,取得了预期的应用效果。
