用Fe(Ⅱ)-次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶(xo)体系,研究了宁夏枸杞水提物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:宁夏枸杞具有明显的抗氧化活性,并呈剂量-效应关系,(r=0.928,P<0.01),当宁夏枸杞水提物终浓度为0.52、1.04、2.08、4.17、8.33g/L时,其硫代巴比妥酸反应物的阻断率(TBASI)分别为25.1%、33.94%、59.91%、76.79%、95.01%。同时与水溶性抗氧化剂维生素C进行比较,当终浓度为8.33g/L时,宁夏枸杞的抗氧化活性优于维生素C,(P<0.01)。从而提示,宁夏枸杞作为天然抗氧化剂,具有良好的开发前景。
Fe(II)-hypoxanthine-xanthine oxidase (xo) system was used to study the antioxidant activity of Ningxia water extract.
