目前,在乏燃料后处理Purex流程中,U(Ⅳ)是铀、钚分离过程中应用最广泛的无盐还原剂之一。隔膜电解阴极还原是制备U(Ⅳ)的常用方法。隔膜电解避免了阴极溶液和阳极溶液的返混,可制得纯度较高的U(Ⅳ)溶液。但隔膜电解池结构相对复杂,且隔膜的引入必然带来电解池槽压的提高。单电解池电解制备U(Ⅳ)装置如图1所示。工作电极阴极为Ti网,辅助电极为铂网。过程的温度由通入玻璃
At present, U (Ⅳ) is one of the most widely used salt-free reducing agents in uranium and plutonium separation in the spent fuel aftertreatment of Purex.
