已经证实取白健康HIV 感染者末梢血的CD_8~+淋巴细胞可阻止HIV 在培养的末消血单个核细胞(PBMC)内复制,除去CD_8~+细胞便可导致HIV 的复制和释放。本文报导的结果证实,CD_8~+T 细胞的抗病毒活性至少有一部分是由淋巴因子调节的,并证实来自不同个体的CD_8~+细胞产生抗病毒因子的能力不同。
It has been confirmed that CD_8 ~ + lymphocytes from peripheral blood of white healthy HIV-infected patients can prevent HIV from replicating in cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). Removal of CD_8 ~ + cells can lead to HIV replication and release. The results reported here demonstrate that at least a portion of the antiviral activity of CD8 + T cells is modulated by lymphokines and demonstrate that CD8 + cells from different individuals have different capacities to produce anti-viral agents.
