随着分子标记技术和光学成像技术的发展, 在体生物光学成像倍受关注, 已经开始应用于对生物组织的生理或病理过程的无损实时动态成像。光子在生物组织中的传输模型和光学仿真环境的建立是开展在体生物光学成像前向问题研究的关键环节。因此我们实现了在体生物光学成像前向问题的仿真, 采用MonteCarlo方法模拟光子在生物组织中的传输规律及光子被CCDCamera吸收的过程, 并对仿真实验结果进行了验证。
With the development of molecular marking technology and optical imaging technology, in vivo bioimaging has drawn much attention and has been applied to the nondestructive real-time dynamic imaging of the physiological or pathological processes of biological tissues. The transfer of photons in biological tissues and the establishment of optical simulation environment are the key points in the research of forward problems in biological optical imaging. Therefore, we have realized the simulation of the forward biomedical imaging in vivo, the Monte Carlo simulation of photon transmission in biological tissues and the absorption of photons by CCDCamera, and the simulation results were verified.
