大量研究证明人力资本对个人职业地位的获得有着重要的作用,但人力资本对农民工主观层次上的就业风险有何影响很少见。是否人力资本质量较高的农民工就不担心失业?本文运用调查数据进行相关矩阵分析、方差分析、分类回归分析,对6个假设进行检验。检验结果表明,性别、工作年限、年龄对“担心失去现在的工作吗”有重要影响;文化程度、技能/技术级别、更换工作次数对“担心失去现在的工作吗”没有显著影响。因此,人力资本对农民工就业风险表现出一定的解释力,但并不是全部。
A large number of studies have proved that human capital plays an important role in the acquisition of personal occupational status. However, it is rare for human capital to influence the employment risk on the subjective level of migrant workers. Whether migrant workers with high quality of human capital are not worried about unemployment? In this paper, we use the survey data to conduct correlation matrix analysis, variance analysis and classification regression analysis to test six hypotheses. The test results show that gender, length of service, and age have a significant impact on the “fear of losing the present job.” The level of education, skills / skills and the number of job changes have no significant effect on the “worry about losing the present job” . Therefore, human capital shows a certain explanatory power to the employment risk of migrant workers, but not all.
