基于PARDL模型,本文分析了协同创新网络四个维度(规模、强度、同质性和中心度)对高技术产业知识转移绩效的影响。实证结果表明:首先,网络的规模、强度和中心度均对知识转移绩效产生显著的正向影响;其次,就影响的程度而言,网络中心度的影响最大、网络规模的影响次之、网络强度的影响最弱;再次,较短期而言,在长期内上述三个维度的影响更强且更显著;最后,由于结构型同质性和关联型同质性的差异化效应,网络同质性对知识转移绩效的作用缺乏经验证据。
Based on the PARDL model, this paper analyzes the impact of four dimensions of co-innovation network (scale, intensity, homogeneity and center) on the performance of knowledge transfer in high-tech industries. The empirical results show that: firstly, the size, intensity and center of the network have a significant positive impact on the performance of knowledge transfer; secondly, in terms of the degree of impact, the influence of network center is the largest, followed by the impact of network size, Thirdly, the impact of intensity is the weakest; Thirdly, in the short term, the influence of the above three dimensions is stronger and more significant in the long term; finally, due to the differentiated effect of structural homogeneity and correlation homogeneity, The effect of gender on the performance of knowledge transfer lacks empirical evidence.
