敌百虫是一种有机磷杀虫剂,关于对人的毒性反应的已有报导,但因中毒致死的病例尚未见有报导。我院于1964年收治1例因误食敌百虫而发生急性中毒死亡病例,兹报导于下。患者李×(住院号4063),男性,46岁,广东梅县人,业农兼理发。患者因神志模糊、口吐泡沫,于1964年10月12日清晨4时急诊入院。据护送人代诉:患者于11日下午4时许大叫说,他误将买来的二角钱敌百虫煮米粉吃了,吃时味苦、舌感不适。食后约1小时感觉头晕,不时发出大声呼叫,腹部绞痛难忍,继之说话不清、流涎、大小便失禁,却无呕吐。事后
