1964年9月底,我们同时发现二起共9例因食沙鱼肝炒咸菜引起中毒,9例中男6例,女3例,最小10岁,最大62岁,3例病情较重,2例住院治疗。潜伏期3～13小时。9例均有剧烈头痛,尤以前额为著,重症者犹如头部裂开,兄光头痛更甚,伴有眩晕、心悸,严重厌食,闭目思睡,精神迟钝,皮肤热感,面颊潮红,双眼结膜充血,有轻度恶心呕吐。少数病例有畏寒、发热(体温未超过39℃)。全部病例均无腹痛腹泻。由第三病日起,患者都有不同程度的脱皮,以口唇周围、面颊、发根、前额最多,亦有手足、胸背等处脱皮。脱皮菲薄,呈白色鳞屑状,亦可成片撕下。呼吸、脉搏都有不同程
