随着乡镇企业的兴起,乡镇企业拥有的锅炉压力容器数量也日益增多。我省乡镇企业锅炉压力容器安全现状是:1.设备陈旧简陋,又不配套,且机械化、自动化程度很低,工艺落后。近据抽样调查,我省乡镇企业有相当数量的锅炉压力容器,制造年代久远,超期服役;不少设备无任何技术资料,连制造年代都无法查明。肖县乡镇企业中的锅炉,“十年动乱”期间制造的就占33.3%,无制造年代可查的占29%,无任何资料的占85%;最近省锅炉压力容器检验所对毫州市四家乡镇企业12台压力容器进行检验,核定安全状况等级为2级的仅有一台,3级为七台,4级三名,5级一台,粗制滥造质量低劣存在事
