1988年10月,我市华容县造纸厂一台SHL20—25/400型锅炉发生两侧后集箱严重鼓包的事故。当时,对锅炉作了紧急停炉,我们对该锅炉进行了全面的检验,发现:左侧后集箱顶部(无水冷壁的光段部分)有三处严重鼓包,面积最大约为80×50×4 mm;右侧后集箱有五处鼓包,面积最大约为90×55×5mm。壁厚最大减薄量4 mm,集箱规格为φ219×10mm。从图一可以看出,由于集箱原来设计是作为防焦箱使用的,整个集箱均处于裸露状态,基于这一点,事故发生的主要原因就是:长达2530
