我们常德市是1988年6月由地改市演变过来的,下设两个区,管辖八个县(市)。我市的锅炉房整顿治理工作是从1987年初开始的。经过近两年的努力,大大促进了锅炉房的建设。经过近期比较严格的检查验收,全市(含所辖八个县、市)1320个锅炉房,达到标准并发给《合格证》的有791个,占总数的60%。这也就是说,半数以上的锅炉房基本上走上了正规化、科学化管理的轨道。现将我们整顿治理的情况汇报如下:一、弄清一个“为什么”1982年以来特别是近三年多来,我们遵循
We Changde City was evolved from the land to the city in June 1988 evolved, under the two districts, under the jurisdiction of eight counties (cities).
