我们小组在接受轧板厂钢吊车梁改制处理任务时,碰到一项最大难关是矫直问题。按照以往的老办法有两种:一种是用“抓钩顶”;另一种是采用八吨钢锭和火烤。如用前一种方法,一个台班八个人只能完成一根大吊车梁,要完成任务至少得三个半月,工期急不允许这样干,同时质量也难于达到高标准。后一种办法需要有超重机配合,根据现场条件是难于实现
When our team accepted the task of reforming the steel crane beam of the rolling mill, one of the biggest difficulties encountered was straightening. According to the past, there are two old methods: one is to use the “grip top”; the other is to use eight tons of steel ingots and fire. As with the former method, eight people on a single class can only complete one big crane beam. It takes at least three and a half months to complete the task. The project schedule is not allowed to do so, and it is difficult to achieve high standards. The latter method requires the cooperation of an overweight machine, which is difficult to implement according to site conditions
