由于职业中专招生时是最后一批录取的,甚至于很多未参加中考的学生进入职专学习,这就决定了职业中专的学生入学起点低、基础差。特别是数学这门学科,学生基础更差。面对这样的学生,作为教师,自然会考虑怎么样来教好他们。苏联教育家孔德拉狄克曾指出:“教学的成败在很大程度上取决于教师是否能妥善地选择教育方法。知识的明确性、具体性、根据性、有效性、可信性,有赖于对教育方法的有效利用。”而恰当的教育方法的采用,关键在于教育观念。为此,谈谈我个人的几点认识。
