自全行业公私合营后,不少地区对工商业联合会的组织机构、干部和经费等问题,曾请示要求确定具体办法。为了进一步加强对工商联的领导,发挥其组织作用,现根据中央指示精神,提出如下规定,希各地掌握执行。一、各级工商业联合会(包括同业公会、同业委员会)的组织机构(包括干部)目前应维持现状不加变动,严格防上对工商业联合会组织机构任意撤销和忽视工商联工作,认为改造已完,工商联不再需要存在的错误思想和行动的现象发生。二、对工商联经费负担问题,仍应继续贯彻1955午5月5日“国务院关于工商业联合会经费负担办法若干规定”和省人民委员会(55)省资郑字第885号“关于各级工商业联合会经费负担办法的
