中国的金融服务以高效安全为目的,而短信平台以其灵活性、方便性、信息保密等特点广泛应用于公众服务领域,其特点满足银行对客户服务的需求。本文设计开发了银行短信平台发布系统,该系统提供可扩充的电子渠道,能够快速的进行扩展以适应新业务的发展需要,同时提供面向流程的交易配置处理核心,以满足快速开发的需要,达到了银行采用多种渠道为客户提供账户信息服务的目标。该系统试点运行表明,短信平台服务方式的开辟,加强了客户与银行的联系,提高了银行的服务水平。
China’s financial services for the purpose of efficient and safe, and SMS platform for its flexibility, convenience, information security features widely used in public service areas, its characteristics to meet the bank’s customer service needs. This paper designs and publishes a system of issuing SMS messages to banks.
