古为东昌府的鲁西明珠——聊城，素有中国的江北水城之称。近几年来，随着全国经济的蓬勃发展，聊城的经济也日益繁荣起来。但聊城人民知道，今天的一切，同聊城市良好的消防安全环境密不可分。尤其是公安部《机关、团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定》（以下简称为61号令）的颁布施行，更让聊城的经济发展如虎添翼。“ 为了更好地贯彻61号令，聊城市公安消防分局从去年上半年分行业对部分单位进行了落实规定试点工作。通过一年的全面推广，各单位不仅消防安全主体意识有了显著增强，初步形成了隐患自除、责任自负、齐抓共管的良好局面，而且在实践中总结了不少宝贵的经验，为以后做好单位的消防安全工作打下了坚实的基础。
