深圳特区自创立到现在已整整18年了,创立深圳特区的初衷是试图通过她“杀出一条血路来”,通过特区发挥经济改革的“试验场”、对外开放的“窗口”,以及对内地的辐射、带动作用,来为内地乃至全国的改革开放和社会主义建设探路。其中,探索社会主义市场经济体制模式是深圳特区肩负的最重要使命之一。经过18年来的实践,深圳的成就的确举世瞩目,把一个18年前的边陲小镇建设成为今天的初具规模的现代化国际性城市,在经济发展和市场建设方面都取得了巨大的成就。
The Shenzhen Special Administrative Region was founded 18 years ago. The original intention of establishing the Shenzhen Special Administrative Region was to try to “make a breakthrough” through her “play field” of economic reform through the SEZ, the “window” for opening up to the outside world, Radiation and stimulus to explore ways for the reform and opening up and the socialist construction in the Mainland and the country as a whole.
